Skill mix and time-zone overlap drive timing. After a complete employer brief or a strong talent profile, first conversations often start within several business days—not months of silence.
Is my form submission real?
Yes. Submissions on savannalab go into our live intake queue. You will receive a reference ID and we use your details only to respond or to match roles.
How do companies start?
